Cacahuates

Chef Taylor Chleana is the creative culinary force behind the Cacahuates menu at The Duplex. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York City, Taylor started her career in the kitchen at the iconic Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. The young chef later relocated to Chicago where she began working with Bonhomme Hospitality Group as their corporate Pastry Sous Chef (a position she still holds to this day.) To create the Cacahuates menu, Taylor drew inspiration from all over Latin America, putting her own unique twist on well-known classic dishes.
