Already Smokin' is the brainchild of Chef Rasche Hill. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the former NFL player turned his passion for smoked meats into a catering business (this collaboration with The Duplex marks the budding pitmaster's first foray into a restaurant setting.) A big believer in simple, flavorful ingredients, Hill points to his family roots and the types of BBQ he grew up enjoying as inspiration for his own recipes and preparations.

Created by Chef David Rodruigez, Thai Bodega is a thai-inspired menu bursting with color and freshness. David is a highly ambitious chef who loves to push his culinary limits. He first started cooking Thai food during the COIVD-19 pandemic and, since then, has continued to learn about the ingredients, flavor profiles and cultural traditions that make Thai food so delicious. The Thai Bodega menu is a shining example of his talent for mastering new types of cuisine - and figuring out how to put his own twist on cultural classics.
